2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We offer the following shipping methods:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
    • international Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-13 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method you select.

  • Free Shipping: Orders are eligible for free standard shipping within the United Kingdom.


3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently offer shipping Worldwide. If you are located outside these regions, we do not yet offer shipping to your location. Please contact us for any specific shipping inquiries.

  • International shipping rates and delivery times will vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be applied upon delivery.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your order's progress through the shipping carrier's website.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If there is an issue with your address after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes to the shipping address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after shipping has begun.


6. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

  • If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as we have more information.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at help.bronzebliss@gmail.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Bronze Bliss is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If you believe there has been an error in the delivery, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.

  • Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products, as all products are consumable.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue.
